*Small Biotech/VC Pricing Qualification:

You qualify for small biotech/VC pricing if your firm is pre-revenue, has fewer than 50 employees, or is a venture capital firm.

Your Registration Includes:

  • Two and a half days of structured 30 minute 1:1 partnering meetings
  • Full access to all panel discussions, case studies and spotlights
  • A personal profile of yourself and company on the partnering site
  • Breakfast, lunch, snacks, coffee and non-alcoholic refreshments in the conference area
  • Cocktail receptions and networking events in the evenings

Upgrade Options

Biotech/Academic Spotlight:

Highlight your organization in front of the larger audience in a 15 minute presentation to shed light on your organization, share new technologies, innovations and products and provide insight to the market on the partnerships you’re looking for.

Delegate Substitutions And Cancellations:

  • You may substitute delegates at any time by providing reasonable advance notice to WBR.
  • For any cancellations received in writing not less than thirty (30) days prior to the conference, you will receive a 75% credit to be used at another WBR conference which must occur within one year from the date of issuance of such credit. An administration fee of 25% of the contract fee will be retained by WBR for all permitted cancellations.
  • There are no refunds given under any circumstances.

Stuff you need to know:

  • Pricing for “All Others” applies to any service provider of drug developers (pharma, biopharma, academia or public sector) not limited to law firms, software/data vendors, technology vendors, solution providers, consultants or companies with primary revenues resulting from these other areas.
  • Cancellation Policy: Because we are in the live event experience business, please be aware that we have a strict cancellation policy. We unfortunately cannot provide refunds but will issue a 90% credit voucher for the price paid for registration IF notification is sent via email at at least eight days prior to the event. You can transfer the ticket to someone else in your group.
    We do this because we are committed to providing a quality conference for ALL participants including attendees, speakers and sponsors. The minute you register for our event, WE undertake the overhead costs of hosting you onsite.
